Develope Health Checker tool for Control Center

I have heard recently that a health checker tool is being developed for Sterling Integrator. I was wondering if a health checker tool could be developed for Control Center? Right now the only to discover issues is by looking at the engine logs and maybe turning on debug logging for a particular area. The health checker tool could point out issues and make recommendations. Thanks.
