Control Center 5.4.02

I have installed Control Center 5.4.02iFix01 on our test environment. I do not undersand why the email configuration piece was moved to the installation. Once installation is complete, I could still see the email tab in the system settings on the console, but the settings cannot be changed from the console. Now in order to change, the Engine service must be stopped and the configCC.bat file has to be run.
