I just recently learned this from pmr 93249,442,000. If Control Center is shutdown and then bring it back up it will not go check on a SLC that should have started prior to coming back up. This is an issue. There may have been something important that should have occurred during the down time and this could be missed due to the outage.
If I'm understanding correctly, this can be addressed by installing 6.1 in a high availability environment. However, if not on 6.1 in a high availability environment or on 6.0 or 22.214.171.124, this is not available.
