Provide documentation for importing Control Center to a new server

Much of Control Center installation documentation is focused on doing so in place on an existing server. Please provide detailed documentation for migrating to a new server.

For example, we currently have a production 6.0.0.1 environment and the database is on the same server. We want to migrate/upgrade to 6.1. We have a new environment with three servers. Two of the servers are for the application and the other is the database server.

Due to some issues we have been experiencing, it has been suggested that we import the conf from the 6.0 environment and put it on the new server. Replicate the database from the original server and place it on the new database server. We would then run the installer for 6.0 on the new server. Make sure it is running ok and then shutdown and then install 6.1 in the same directory where 6.0 was installed.

This needs to be documented.
