Operating System version to be collected by ICC and displayed.

Currently Control Center shows the Operating system as UNIX, Windows etc. 

It would be more beneficial if Control Center could display the actual OS version , eg Windows 2012, RedHat 6.8.

How will this idea be used?

This would be used to keep track of Server versions that may be preventing the upgrade of Connect Direct. it allows planning for server versions that may be going out of support that would effect Connect direct. it also allows Connect direct admins to quickly identify if issues or incidents are caused by known issues relating to OS versions.

    Thank you for submitting this Idea.

    As part of an upcoming feature set in a companion offering, we will be introducing tracking C:D nodes by OS level. Being able to discern down to OS version is an appropriate step we will aim to at a future release.
