Control Center: Implement Secure Connections without shutting down the engine

If it is possible to implement, I believe this would be useful to Control Center users and administrators because it would reduce down time for Control Center.

How will this idea be used?

Currently if secure connections are required with a managed server that is monitored by Control Center, the configCC.bat file has to be run in order to tell the application that secure connections want to be used and where the key store and trust store files are located.  The application has to be brought down/restarted in order for the changes to take effect.  This results in down time.  I believe many shops would like to reduce the amount of down time when administering Control Center.
