Since IBM Sterling Control Center 6.1.1.1 was released, you are able to purge data from the CC_PROCESS, CC_PROCESS_DVG, CC_FILE_TRANSFER, and CC_FILE_TRANSFER_DVG tables, automatically, via an additional setting, like the one for event data.

For more details on this, see:

    https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/en/SS4Q96_6.2.0/com.ibm.help.scc.doc/com.ibm.help.scc.troubleshoot.doc/scc_database_perf_data_volumes.html

Note Control Center is also able to automatically purge data from another summary table, ROLL_UP, if the engine property SUMMARY_TABLES_PURGE_ROLL_UP is added, with a value of TRUE. By default its value is FALSE. The same link above provides more details on this.
