Option to Save C:D Configurations Locally within Control Center

We would like the ability to save Connect:Direct configurations (initparm, userfile, netmap, secure+...)within Control Center. In the event of a true disaster this would allow Control Center to push the configs out to the node to quickly get a C:D instance back to a bau state. This would also be beneficial when setting up a new C:D instance and you want to clone the netmap or userfile to the new node.

What is your industry? Banking
How will this idea be used?

We would use this feature in the event of a true disaster where the C:D instance and tape backups were lost. We would also use this feature when rolling out new C:D instances that are similar to existing nodes and will use the same netmap, secure+, and userfile entries.

Thank you for opening this enhancement request with IBM. I have reviewed it with my team and we believe that this is already possible within IBM Control Center using the Configured Managed Server capabilities. I've included a link below to the documentation about configuration management. If you have additional questions about how to utilize this to create configuration backups please feel free to contact our support team and they'll be happy to assist you. Since this capability already exists within Control Center I will go ahead and close out this request, but please don't hesitate to use the tool again if you have any other suggestions.
