Pick up additional messaging from Connect:Direct for z/OS

Starting Engine 6.0.0.1_iFix02
We are in need to have IBM Control Center pick up additional messaging from Sterling Connect:Direct for z/OS record ID ‘PT' to capture a Secure Plus handshake failure. Currently the z/OS puts out the record ID=PT for the messaging.
Command: select statistics command for C:Direct z/OS recids="PI,ZI,CH,CI,DP,FP,FS,FT,IF,JI,NM,PS,PX,SB,SD,SI,IK,IT,ST,SW,TI,TS,UM,UU,CT,MC,RJ,RT,ZT,PT,TF,TL,TW,QH,QE,QT,QW,CX" limit=10000 startt=(06/07/2016, 13:36:56) Host Name: 1.2.7.6 API Port: 1363

For an example with the CSPA202E message, we are picking up the initial record ID=PT and will work most of the time. But when the short text of the CSPA message contains the text &VAR we do not. The &VAR is the reason. What we are looking for is the interpretation as to what the &VAR is and have the need to pass this information to someone via email who can investigate.

Command: select statistics command for C:Direct Windows
recids=(CSPA,CSPE,PSTR,APCK,CHGP,LSST,RSST,DELP,FLSP,LIEX,LWEX,NMPR,NUTR,PERR,PFLS,SERR,LCOA,SSTR,STOP,SUBP,CTRC,IFED,RJED,RTED,SBED,USEC,PRED,PRIN,QCHO,QCEX,QCTI,QCWA,LEXC) limit=2500 startt=(06/08/2016, 14:45:35) Host Name: 1.2.7.6 API Port: 1363

By default, the CSPA and CSPE record ID's were not setup to obtain this information. We changed the ../conf/services/nodes/statrecordids file and added and to the CSPA and CSPE recids and recycled IBM Control Center and are getting the information we need.

Summary:
What we would like to see is the interpretation of the &VAR1 and &VAR2 variables as part of the message field in the PT record ID so we can key on this for an email notification.
