Ability to search for a return order created on web to be processed in store

At Barnes & Noble college, there is a scenario to initiate return order on web. Customer would print shipping label and ship the return to store. In store application, currently there is no way to directly search for the return and receive it. This is a regular scenario we've seen in other places too. RCP application used to have this functionality but it'll be a great feature to be added in web based store application.

What is your industry? Retail
How will this idea be used?

As a store user I want to be able to search for the returns created on website and I receive those items in my store. Using store application, I want to confirm receipt of the returned items.
