SSH/SFTP protocol

We are using SFG 2.2.4 and SBI 5.2.4 as our integration tools.
Currently in SFG we have the consumer partner configured as "Partner Listens for Protocol Connections" and have SSH/SFTP protocol to send/receive files.
We have scenario where a consumer partner X is sending the full file to another remote server (say A) using SSH/SFTP protocol.
The problem is the remote server sometimes receives a 0 byte file and sometimes a partial file though from SBI the complete file has been send.

In the FTP/FTPS protocol there is a field available in partner configuration as "Upload file under a temporary name first".

Is this configuration item available for SSH/SFTP connection?
Or any configuration item in SSH/SFTP connection which will help to load the file first in a temporary name and then rename it while the full file has been transferred?
