Add the ability to declare a global file size upload limit in SFG. The limit is a property. The limit applies to a single file transmission. The limit is available to all protocols (SSHFTP, Myfilegateway, Connect Direct, FTP, HTTP, AS2, Swift, etc.) partaking in the transfer of a file. As data is being received or read (as in the case of a listening producer) a cumulative count is maintained. Should the cumulative amount exceed the limit, the transmission is failed and an error logged. Data received prior to the failure is discarded.
How will this idea be used?
This idea will be used to address a PCI-DSS finding with regards to unrestricted file upload.
