Disable upload on non mapped mailboxes

In SFG, we have routing channels which move the data between partners. Ideally, a partner should only be able to upload files on mailboxes which have routing channel defined. Uploading files to a non mapped mailbox(a mailbox which is not a producer path in any routing channel) doesn't make any sense. Moreover, we cannot restrict write access to user home mailbox. We understand that SFG is fully based on concept of producers and consumers / mailbox so it is ideal to restrict access to unmonitored mailboxes as best practice.

Thank you for participating in the request for enhancement community. Your input is valued. We have analyzed the request and believe there are a few options for workarounds.

In B2Bi you can adjust granular permissions to mailboxes following these instructions:

    https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/how-set-granular-permissions-mailbox

In Global Mailbox this can be done in the UI with a few mouse clicks.

However, we also are committed to providing additional safeguards. We have tentatively accepted this RFE and will continue to monitor for customer feedback before committing additional changes to product.
