Support Multipart form data in https and API gateway

We have received customer request to call partner  API with multipart form data upload and currently we dont support it. It need to be available on https and API gateway boht.

    4. Is there existing functionality that addresses this request? Check if the functionality already exists or if there are workarounds.

    5. Is this enhancement requested by multiple users or just a single request?

    6. Is there an urgency or timeline associated with this request? Determine if the request needs immediate attention or can be addressed later
