Customer ability to self service : To Configure daily/weekly/monthly report

Currently, we configure and send Reports to the Customers on the no of transactions that they process using IBM SaaS Environment.

Below are some of the reports: -

TP Summary Report

Inbound Summary Report

Outbound Summary Report

 

 

We also get a request to add the emails Id's who should receive these reports.

 

The idea here is if we can provide provision to the customer in a self-service model , the Customer should be able to configure/Modify Schedule Reports, add email-ids etc.

How will this idea be used?

Once the above self-service approach is available for customers, Then customers will be able to perform actions on their own without any Dependencies from Support/PE in configuring the reports.
