To include option to depoly the maps into multiple Business Aliases

Existing system: Current option doesn't allow us to upload the maps into all the Business Aliases when multiple Business Aliases are present for a client. We have to load the map into each Business Alias individually in this case. Also If user misses to upload in at least one Business Alias, If that is being used in file processing then files will start failing which may lead to customer escalations.

For example, Clients like Stanley and VFS have 11 business Aliases where we are currently loading the map into each Business Alias for 11 times, which is more time taking process.

Proposed Solution: To include Checkbox option for each Business Alias so that it should give an option for user to select the Business Alias to which they want to deploy the map.

What is your industry? Computer Services
How will this idea be used?

This option allows users to select the checkboxes that they want to deploy the maps to required Business Aliases.

Would be great if we could get this option for code lists as well.

This would be great! VFS has several maps for 3 different business alias - time killer to load right now.

This would be a time saver for sure. Though perhaps tying everything to a BA was actually not the greatest idea to begin with.

This would save a lot of time. Adding code lists to this would also be a great addition.

Slows down PER implementation when you have to update multiple codelists for one BA, then have to go back and update those same codelists under each BA where that codelist resides.

This concept applies to other assets such as code lists as well.
