Allow users to run multiple sessions with out logging you out.

If I go into the new inflight to search for a load and I need to search for another load at the same time the new inflight will not let me have two sessions running at the same time. Upon opening a second session it will log you off your first session or just spinn. We need to be able to have several sessions at once. I have found that you can login one the session it logs you off of and then you can run two. In the old inflight you could run as many as you need.

How will this idea be used?

We provide B2B support to three divisions of our company . We have to multitask all day long. We are always asked to look up something that the customer sent over, or if the customer send over a load tender. There are very few times during the day i am not working three or four service tickets and several emails from users asking for help. I am the only one of our group who is "trying" to use the new Inflight and this prevents me from being able to do that and will prevent the rest of our group from being able to use it.

What is your industry? Travel & Transportation
