Rapid Transit System Monitor Alert notifications sent to support users whenever there is SLA miss.
If Relationship description is also added next to SLA_Relationship_UUID, it would be helpful to the user who could determine Partner and troubleshoot necessary.
When there are many relationships, adding the relationship description could help easily determine the partner.
How will this idea be used?
There could be many entries coming through the SLA email report via email. If the new feature to add the relationship description next to SLA_RELATIONSHIP_UUID, it would be very beneficial to the support users.
