Documents arrived via the VAN for a customer and the TP had changed their senderid. The documents went to a VAN error slot and effectively disappeared. It took some time for the customer to realise they were not receiving the documents (valuable orders) from their TP.
The receiver ID was valid known to the VAN. Customer contends that SCN VAN should be able alert the receiver of the failure of the documents (and/or route the docs to mailbox/slot associated with the receiver id).
