The current process for red lights is:
a) IBM team reviews red lights
b) IBM team updates the red light with review comments
c) If the failure is due to a new issue, IBM opens a Parature ticket with the information needed.
d) IBM team updates Inflight with the Parature ticket
Proposed process will remain the same with the exception of step d)
d) IBM team updates Inflight with the Parature ticket and summary of error description.
It is assumed that team already knows the error since they opened a ticket or they include the reference for the ticket, so it can be as simple as a copy/paste
