Customer uses InFlight to review red lights. IBM uses the magnifying glass symbol to indicate the entry has been reviewed and an explanation sent to the customer. The customer runs their own .xls of issues that have been fixed. They cannot easily reconcile their fixes, the original red light and the green light of the resent message with the data corrected (even if the reference number is the same). Customer suggested ability to be able to change red lights to green to indicate they have 'solved' the issue. Or perhaps another symbol to the magnifying glass or ability to set another colour for a light (eg Blue).
