Reset ability for Sequential number generation key in BPN Rules

Client Request :

"Hi Bijoy,
For a daily report there might be chances that more than one report might be sent on a single day and the customer wants to maintain a counter on that.
We do not want a sequence number on all the files, this is just a counter.
I cannot think of a way to even send that on the input file.
Is there any alternative that you can come up with?"

That is everyday the counter should be able to count the number of files of certain type (here, Data Type: Daily Report). And show that in the Inflight Extra Info.

In our current SI system we can implement a Sequential Key and get the number of data passing through, but we can not reset the sequential key counter. The sequential key has a upper limit once the counter reaches that it gets reset.

We will require a solution to define the Reset logic in Sequential Key , like how many transactions came in a day , from 00:00:01 EST to 23:59:00 EST , and it should reset the value to zero for the next day.
