Create a New MACRO , that returns the length of string before the particular occurrence of a special character in BPN Rules

Client Request :

Can you please update the filenaming convention for the PDF file sent to NXP?

This only applies for the PDF file sending.

From the source filename

Logic :

Use @ character as delimiter.

Take only Field #5

In our current BPN Rules when we are implementing Filename Manipulation logic we are bound by few options(Macros), which are not sufficient to implement the request asked by Client for a Simple Router Flow.
In the above request we were requested to manipulate the Source filename and create the desired Destination Filename Pattern based on a delimiter present.
Since the Outbound file is an pdf , we were using a Router Flow and we are not using any map (so no scope of manipulating the filename in the map).

Since the value "1665978" present in the Sourcefilename is not of constant size , we are not able to implement the $SUBSTRING Macro to get the desired Destination filename.
Please provide a Macro which can be used to find out a particular occurrence of a special character(*,^,%,$,@,_, etc), that is it will return the length of the string before the particular occurrence of the special character.
As given in the Client Request we need to get the forth occurrence of the @ symbol and the length of the string before the 4th @ symbol. We can then use this value along with the REPLACE macro to get the desired output.
