Support team works on pro-active monitoring for 160+ customers. In order to review failed transactions, every support person working on pro-active monitoring logs into Inflight 3-4 times a day on an average. Once logged in they select the appropriate customer and check for failures. The team accesses Inflight approximately at least 200 times a day. This activity is very time consuming and there is no one consolidated view of the count of errors for multiple customers that needs to be checked.
Inflight does not have a common dashboard where count of errors for all customers can be seen. Such a Dashboard within Inflight will provide better visibility about overall system's health, thereby help the support team while working on pro-active monitoring and will enhance team's efficiency.
