Add RequestType UnprovisioningRequest for each protocol (Unprovisioning API)

There is no way to unprovision a setup in SFG from PEM currently. This is a common request from clients. Following the PEM architecture of the codelist integration with SFG there should be a "Delete" configuration which then initiates an unprovision request to Partner Provisioner. The provisioner activity could then be configured to properly remove that configuration.

How will this idea be used?

Call Direction Change

Description: Ability to change call direction after initial setup

Gaps in OOB Activity: The OOB activity does not allow for a call direction change. Once the account has been setup there is no ability to change the call direction.

Gaps in PEM: There is no unprovision request type that is sent to provisioner when a connection is deleted. Ideally this would model the configuration for unprovisioning codelists. When a configuration is “deleted” then an action should be sent to PP with RequestType UnprovisioningRequest and the appropriate subresourcetype.
