There seems to be an issue that's been overlooked and that impacts Delivery being able to carry out setups for Peppol R2.
The issue is that the only role that's been set up in PEM is for Customer Support and there is no role for Support Manager. This was flagged by Lindsay back in July and the assumption was that this would be fixed prior to role out. To allow Support Manager users, we have to do an enhancement in PEM side and this idea is for that enhancement.

Implementers with the role "support manager" will be able to on-board new customers to IBM's PEPPOL service
