When a partner is completing an activity an error can occur. In order for the partner to continue the activity the sponsor must investigate the error, resolve, and notify the partner to continue the activity.
Currently, there is no way for the Sponsor to know there has been an error, besides to manually enter each activity which has been rolled out. This could cause partner's to be on hold for days, until we notice an error, or they contact us.
We would like to propose an automatic email notification which states which partner had an error, on which activity, which is automatically sent when the partner receives the error. This will allow the screening team to solve the error as quick as possible and eliminate hassle for the partner.
