Adding a description Variable to the activity Roll Out email template

when an activity is rolled out, there is a field that proposes to enter a description of the activity. I would like to bring that description to the email we currently send out to each client when we have assign an activity.

This email templates are very generic. The addition of the variable will help clients understand the activity purposes, and the need to react to the activity.

with that in mind, the proposal to add this description variable will increase the adoption of PEM as a partner engamement mangager because partner will know and understand why this email is being sent to them.

It will also give the people who have been register from prior uses of PEM a nice detail of the activities with out the need to log on to PEM. I will also allow the connection with the client to be in detail with in the emails.

What is your industry? Banking
How will this idea be used?

I will allow communication in regards to the PEM activities to be used as method of adoption and understanding of the years register clients who only received this communcation, and are not aware of the product because they are new to the possition or do not remember PEM.
