Add new optional arguments available across all email templates

When customizing e-mail templates, it would be extremely beneficial to have specific data available as arguments/variables to add to any of the e-mail templates (if they make sense in the context of the email).  These include: Partner company/organization name, partner administrator user first name last name, the first name last name of the user to which the e-mail is sent (partner or sponsor, regardless of role), login URL, and sponsor administrator user first name last name.

Alternately, offer a way to define custom arguments/variables to be populated with PEM data, per email template.

How will this idea be used?

The e-mail templates will be customized to include additional information, such as the user's name or the partner's company's name.  In some cases, the business wants to add the login URL where it is not provided via a argument.  It can be hard coded but that requires an update when moving them from the CTE instance to the production instance.
