Enhanced Imputed Weight Logic

Enhance imputed weight logic in Optimizer to account for product hierarchies that are not consistent in weight / dimension classifications.

Example: Department ABC | Personal Care - includes assortment from toothbrush to air conditioners. Product weights are disparate across the Department given product classification within the hierarchy.

Toothbrush: 2 oz

Air Conditioner: 77 lbs

The remainder of the Department averages in weight from ~5-20 lbs. So, the air conditioner is considered an outlier and imputed weight is applied to make it seem similar to the remainder of the Department. The logic must be able to tailor to conditions such as this.
