Enable IBM Id in QA enviroment

After 18.3 COC upgrade, everything is IBM id authenticated. We faced many issue once we moved to preprod with IBM id authenticated. We are requesting to enable IBM id in QA env so that we can test and find issue more proactively.

How will this idea be used?

This will help us to identify issue in earlier in development lifecycle. With current set up, we are finding functional issue with IBM id in preprod only.

    IBM ID can be enabled in any environment - please follow the documentation below:

    To use IBMid for authentication, you must enable IBMid authentication for the IBM Sterling Order Management environment. To enable IBMid on IBM Sterling Order Management environment, please contact CSM or Onboarding Manager.

    I think it is very important because all the business users log into QA to setup data and rules for testing purposes.
