IBM Sterling Call Center allows Item Rich Media images to be embedded in the UI.

Solution: A new property, ycd.ui.imageId.encoding.reqd, is added to enable or disable URL encoding. Default value is set to Y to enable the URL encoding. You can now enable or disable the image URL encoding in Sterling Call Center by using this property.

For example, if there is an indirect URL, "ImageDeliver?param1=123&param2=234", the URL is encoded in Sterling Call Center by default. If you want to disable the encoding, you can set the property value as "N".

We have embedded video and zoomable hi-res images in Field Sales UI - which also uses the same EXTJS framework. DOJO technology also allows rich media. Has there been any prior discussion with Support and can you share the support ticket if available. If the issue is something too technical or verbose please share as private comment - we will extract shareable content from that and update this post
