Add metrics to Order Optimizer extracts to help illustrate conditions at time of sourcing decision

Enhance Order Optimizer extracts to include additional metrics to help users understand the conditions at the time Order Optimizer made sourcing decisions.
1. Add the point-in-time (running total) CCU into the existing 'expected ship' extract from Order Optimizer. This value would be taken from the last item record for that order / node / date combination to reflect the CCU after all items for that order / node had been assigned and reflected in the CCU.
2. Create an extract that includes all candidate nodes considered for a given order / line / date combination. This would be a separate file from the 'expected ship' extract, but delivered in the same manner.
