Allow for parallel execution of the API invocations called in MultiAPI

Rather than requiring each client to implement their own bespoke multi-threading frameworks for parallel execution of APIs, the MultiAPI API could provide a standardized way for non-sequential calls to kickoff all at once. This would provide a substantial performance lift for API request execution with multiple inputs.

How will this idea be used?

At Tapestry, only GetSupplyDetails provides all the requisite data points to meet our functional requirement for Point of Sale inventory inquiry. This API allows only for single ItemID execution. We create a multi api request to invoke the same API multiple times - once for each SKU in the bulk inventory request.

At this time, we have not seen significant interest in this idea. Closing this request and we can revisit if there is a need in the future.
