JSON Support for Agents/Integration Servers

Be able to consume a JSON message via Agents and Integration Server. Currently only XML Messages are consumed. Similar to APIs we should be able to consume JSON messages.

JSON messages will be put on the MQ and agents will then consume

    This is in fact possible in current world.

    I have recently developed a Utility where - I invoke a sync service(from custom UI via REST) of sterling having a Q component. So its just like dropping a Json Message to the Q. And my integration server picks it up from the async service , which eventually calls an extended api. Under the extended Api : I do regular dom manipulations to get the value of the attribute. There are no failures.
