The OMoC self serve tool should also expose the ear build option to build and deploy the doc ear. This will allow for javadocs to be viewed through the dev and QA OMoC environments. Alternatively they should be publicly available like they are for SIM and IV APIs.
How will this idea be used?
This would allow for javadocs to be viewed by anyone who is not an OMS developer working on the project like architects, integration team members etc. by accessing javadocs on dev and QA environments. Currently the only option is through the devtool kit, which is not a viable option for anyone who is not an OMS developer.
