Ability to present 'Action' options to Approver(s) within Workflow Approvals

As an Inventory Controller, when creating some types of Workflow Rules, I would like the ability to add a list of 'options' for the original (1st) Workflow approver to choose from as a part of their approval, that relate to the result of the approvers review and also how the Inventory team should action.  An example of this relates to reviews of 'Potential Obsolescence'.  I would like the workflow approver to be able to select from a list of options.  An example list might be something similar to the below:

    - Keep: Critical item still required in Stock

    - Keep: Make 'Order as Required' and phase out existing Stock

    - Obsolete: Dispose of all Stock

    - Obsolete: Phase out existing Stock
