ignore unknown xml elements when verification is well-formed only Merged

Please add an XML parser option, that checks for well-formedness only and ignores unknown elements, so that WTX maps run successfully when the XML contains the elements that are used in the map. Unknown elements should not raise an error. Only elements that are being used in the map but not given in the XML file should raise an error.

WTX offers verification=well-formed and verification=validation for Xerces based typetrees. Our expectation for the well-formed option was, that WTX ignores validation errors like unknown XML elements. However verification=well-formed runs on error when encountering unkwnown XML elements, even though the XML file is well-formed. Native XSD based cards behave the same way.
