new function: SORTUP by item

Currently SORTUP can only handle the whole data structure as a long string, i.e. sort by the first item of this structure. Thus sorting by a different item than the 1st one is a complicated task in WTX:

1. create a new structure, putting the sort key in front
2. map the whole data into the new sortable structure
3. sortup
4. map the sorted data back into the old structure

So here's the enhancement request: WTX should offer a better SORTUP function, let's call it SORTUPBY and let the user provide an item that should be used as sortkey. So the new function could look like this:

SORTUPBY(sequence-to-sort, item-to-sort-by)
