Include validation for T2S messages in ITX for Financial Payments pack PLUS

The support of T2S had been requesed in 2022 but was't taken into consideration. We are resubmitting this request to be reconsidered for the next ITX Financial Payments roadmap.

Banks need to validate MX T2S messages as well. The current ITX FinPay PLUS package doesn't include the related xsd's. A sample message can be provided if needed.
