Support to create JSON null and binary type fields

Though the ITX maps are able to read and parse JSON null and binary data, it is unable to generate null or binary type fields using JSON schema.

We would like to have the option added in ITX so as to create null and binary type fields like below using JSON schema.

{

"field1" : null,

"field2" : true,

"field3" : false

}

Suggestion to add as below :

  • for null fields , we could use =NULL

  • for binary fields, we could use =TRUE | =FALSE

Or create jsonlib functions similar to xmllib for such mapping.

What is your industry? Computer Services
How will this idea be used?

The destination application requires json field as binary type or some mandatory fields to be set as null.

In such cases, we are unable to use ITX to create mapping.
