JSON Native schema - Enabling Mandatory Fields

Currently, when using the native JSON type tree, it is not possible to make elements to be mandatory.  We will not always use JSON importer to create type tree and there are cases where we use JSON file directly as native schema. This enhancement would be really helpful and an added feature to the product.

How will this idea be used?

If this idea is implemented, It would enable us to use JSON file as native schema and make any field as mandatory or optional which is now optional for all by default and no option to change.
