mechanism to remove pending acknowledgements in bulk

We understand that pending acknowledgement records do not expire in ITXA unless acknowledgements are received or the records are manually removed using the ITXA UI. This means that any partner who has been configured to expect acknowledgements but does not send them has many pending acknowledgement records that will never be removed from the system unless done manually. Given that the UI only allows removal of 1 page at a time, this will be very cumbersome for our high record counts. Currently in ITXA production at ABC there thousands(or millions) of pending acknowledgements. These are due mostly to partner envelopes which have been configured to expect an acknowledgement but do not send them. If we had some mechanism to MASS UPDATE pending acknowledgement records with a single shot, it will help us to use the Pending Ack Report functionality. Since there is huge amount of pending acknowledgements in our system, on clicking on the Acknowledgement Status button, it takes a very long time(in hours) to open or crashed down or Do not open at all. We are looking for a solution that can help us delete the pending acknowledgements staying in the system with single shot or any other way other than deleting from the list pop up on clicking the Acknowledgment status button from ITXA. We are currently at version 9.0.0.7 of ITXA/SPE.
