How will this idea be used?

We need to have function to move, copy and link files on file system to support faster moving of the files with in TX . The traditional approach of reading the files as blob and writing down is a performance night mare, when dealing with lots and lots of file. Our use case, requires us to read a file, process it and move the file to a different location based on the map logic. so we are requesting 4 external functions to allow us to operation this file system operations efficiently. The 4 functions includes copy, move, softlink and hardlink along with chmod permissions as optional
