Improve on C:D z/OS the last STEP COPY with all information after many restarts on the File Transfer incoming traffic

Description:
To avoid information inconsistency of the STEP COPY (restart) of the file received and the C:D statistics information as records and VTAM bytes.

Proposal is for C:D z/OS Caching all of the STEP COPY (restart) information on incoming File Transfer traffic on each process and present it on the last STEP COPY successfully, because our application reads the the WTO information of the last COPY STEP successfully.

Use Case :
The goal is to reduce the query time to identify if the received files is correct or not and act manually to go with the file processing.

Obs.: See more information about this on the TS002539450

Business Justification:
Addresses the manual interaction on the file processing of incoming through C:D (TS002539450)

What is your industry? Banking
How will this idea be used?
The idea is to have reliable information from a successful transmission after several restarts.

Thank you for reviewed it but we believe you didn't understand our need.
We know how do this by using a "select statistics pnum=XXX" command, because we are very familiar with these commands.
We opened this enhancement request because we have an automated system to see the WTO result and avoid manual tasks.
Could you please reopen this enhancement request because our need is to have the final information of the COPY statistic on WTO
to be used for our automated system and avoid manual work.

    Sincerely,

    Aldori May

Thank you for opening this enhancement request with IBM. I have reviewed it with my team and we believe that it would be best to look for these details in the C:D statistics instead of the WTO. You can do this by using a "select statistics pnum=XXX" command. If you are unfamiliar with these commands please open a PMR with our support team and they can provide guidance on how to look at the statistics (logs) for Connect:Direct. As these capabilities are available in statistics I will need to close this request as Declined, but please don't hesitate to open a new request if you run across other enhancements that you think we should consider.

    Sincerely,

    Chris Sanders
