Update a watched directory location for Integrated File Agent

For stand alone File Agent, a user can update/correct a watched directory location. This seems like a basic function and yet it doesn't exist for Integrated File Agent. If a watched directory location has to be updated for Integrated File Agent, it must be deleted. Then the user can add the correct watched directory location.

Having an edit function for the watched directory location will make administration more simple.
