CDWebServices to allow separate WebInterface and RestAPI installations

Allow more individualized and specialized architecture implementations of CDWS by making separate component (or making them selectable/optional) installations for both the Web interface and the RestAPI components.
Look into including the RestAPI's as an optional component/add-on of CDW and CDU installations as well.

What is your industry? Banking
How will this idea be used?

Allow CDWebServices installation components (Web Interface/RestAPI) to be installed separately so that organizations can implement different architecture strategies for the two primary functions included within CDWS.

Our tentative architecture plan is to have one instance of the CD Web Interface installed with our SCC instance as a replacement of the CDBrowser, once that interface is deprecated.

CD users/teams would migrate to use that centralized web interface and utilize it similar to how they are currently using CDBrowser today. (Processes/stats checking/etc).

The RestAPI would be installed separately on servers, and used as a replacement to the SDK/JAI instances that are currently in-use. Or would be installed separately for net-new installations where the teams require that functionality.
