Native Variables in Connect:Direct Unix

We currently use some of the native Connect variables in: Windows for Windows, Windows for Mainframe, and Windows for UNIX.
However, we need to use these same variables from a UNIX server and we are having problems.
Examples:% SUBDATE1 and% SUBTIME

I got in touch with the support (Case TS001732169), and they guided me to open an RFE.
I need these variables to be implemented in UNIX as well.

What is your industry? Banking
How will this idea be used?

I have 5 Connect Windows servers, which each have an average of 50,000 processes per day, and a good part of these processes use these variables.

I'm having a project to migrate these Connect Windows servers to UNIX

    Chris,

    Thanks for the feedback!
If they were able to implement this, would I be able to position myself for this RFE? I am depending on this to be able to migrate the environment with less impact to the processes.

    Thankful.

Thank you for opening this enhancement request with us.  I have reviewed it with my team and we agree that it would be beneficial to add support for built-in variables to UNIX.  I will accept this as an uncommitted candidate and we will look to add it to the product roadmap moving forward.

    Sincerely,

    Chris Sanders
