Giving signal to indicate file transfer completed

If a file is trasffered from A to B, normally our customers need a way to confirm whether file transfer is completed. In China, customers will adopt 2 ways, one is creating another signal file, for example, if the transfer a file named a.txt, they will also transfer a empty file named a.txt.ok  to indicate a.txt is completely transffered, another way is change the file name, for example, if they transfer a file named a.txt, they will show a.txt.partial instead of a.txt on the B server until a.txt is transffered

The user will tell C:D whether they need signal and which way of signal to indicate file transfer is completed and C:D will create signal file, or modify file name, or do nothing based on user's requirement. C:D can add this parameters in process script.

    Thank you for opening this enhancement request with IBM.  I have reviewed it with my team and we believe this capabilities already exists within Connect:Direct.  Please open a PMR and one of our support engineers can provide some guidance on how to achieve acknowledgements.  As this capability already exists I will need to decline this request, but you'll see a link below to our support portal.
