Sorting of products based on Availability during a call center product search

Call center currently displays list of products independent of items are available or not. When CSR are having a conversation with customer, they need to spend lot of time to identify products with inventory. There should be a mechanism to either sort by inventory or filter by inventory so the productivity of the call center agents can be improved drastically and can reduce their call time.

What is your industry? Retail
How will this idea be used?

A customer calls the call center agent to place an order for an Adidas Shoe.

When the CSR searches for an Adidas shoe it will return multiple results. The results are not sorted by availability or there is an option to remove out of stock items. So CSR has to navigate through multiple products and perform analysis before they find an instock item. This problem is more relevant on low stock or high churn product which are fast moving.
